Join the Lil’ Kickers team and help kids ages 18 months–9 years old build confidence, develop new skills, and have fun through soccer!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead fun, structured 50-minute classes using Lil’ Kickers lesson plans.
- Keep kids engaged through games, activities, and age-appropriate soccer skills.
- Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment.
- Build relationships with players and their families.
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to every class.
Requirements:
- Individuals who are ready to have fun working with kids and can bring high energy and enthusiasm every day.
- Ability to commit to scheduled classes for the full 13-week season.
- Saturday and Sunday morning availability preferred.
- Weekday morning hours are also available.
- Coaching or soccer experience is a plus, but not required.
